Shipping Information • UK-wide delivery, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and remote locations. • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri). • Standard UK delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days from purchase. • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight and delivery location. • Free delivery is available on selected orders. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and approved before being sent back. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
